About Me
- Gill Walker
- There are very few memories we hold onto with complete clarity. Lost are the recollections of the weight in the air around us, the smells, the steady or sudden background noises, the rhythms of our breathing, the blending of colours, the expressions on someone's face, the thoughts streaming through our heads, or even simply the rush of how we felt caught beneath that moment in time. I'm passionate about people sharing their stories, about creating and playing music that moves people to deeper emotion; I love that music is a universal language; and about allowing the intricacies of life to move us to see what a loving creator God is. I love to photograph nature because it isn't self conscious of someone observing it's movements. Then again, I love to photograph people because it's in our nature to instinctively interact with any and everything that comes our way. Life is full of beautiful memories too often forgotten. I would love to use a whole lot of light, a dash of love, and the unique "lens" through which I see into in the little moments of life to capture some of those phenomenons before they fade.
